[Darcy wakes up to the sound of chaos in her apartment. She is staying in her room or, at the very least, going out the window if she has any desire to leave.]

Anyone wanna come over and see what the hell is destroying my living room? Because I am pretty sure there is something out there and it sounds kind of pissed.

I hope it's more impressive on the inside than the outside. [She grins, nudging her lightly.]

Carol lets Darcy into the first tiny room]

This is the reception area where people who have things they want us to take care of wait. And back here...[She goes over to the door and punches in her key to the number pad. There's a soft click and the door opens] is the training area and lounge. If we ever get any scientist we'll have to figure something out for a lab, but for now this will do.

[Inside is the rest of the warehouse. A large arena already sporting a few battle scars take up most of the area while at the far end is a lofted lounge area.]

So?

[She looks around, studying the area and nodding Very cool. [Taking a few steps into the arena area, she looks around her.] You guys need a receptionist? I'm not much for heroing but fuck if I can't battle the evils of paperwork and smalltalk.

I'm not going to say no.

[They'd put in a receptionist area just in case, though Carol hadn't been getting her hopes up.]

We can't pay you yet, but you'll get a cut of all the free food we're offered.

[She grinned.] That works for me. Fee food is always a bonus.

Well, I guess that makes you an honorary member of the Avengers then.

Do we get t-shirts? If not, I vote we get t-shirts.

The brightly colored uniforms typically negated the need for t-shirts, but if you want to get one go ahead.

Okay, this is true. Maybe I'll pass on the t-shirts.

You can have a costume if you want. Lady Reception or something like that.

Yes, this would be amazing. I fight the evils of paperwork and bitchy customers or something. It would be perfect.

We'll see if we can get someone on that asap.

Can I just say that I don't really like yellow. Orange is cool though, as long as I don't look like a pumpkin.

I'll keep that in mind when we put in the order.
