So the first week of forensic chem is pretty much just intro stuff. I think even the lab is just like making sure you know basic safety rules, like how to put on safety goggles, so you probably don't need to make it up.

I'll email you the syllabus, but after going to the first week I don't think missing the first classes will hurt you. It's a big lecture hall, they don't even take attendance. So you probably don't need to drop.
