[The feed blinks on, staring at a strange ceiling. A few moments later, a kitten... a kitten wearing a bowtie, actually, looks down at the camera, managing to look both intrigued and disgruntled. It gives a soft mew, shakes its head, and then... it speaks. English, somehow - though it's in a high, squeaky voice.] This is new, never been a kitten before! It's not as bad as it might have been. Mind you, doors are a problem. They're so... tall.

And it's not like I can carry the sonic or the phone with me, so there might be a problem there too. Fascinating experience, though! I just wish it had happened somewhere I could actually get out... [He looks off screen, and his eyes widen a moment. He seems to forget what he had been doing, and pounces at something off-screen. After a moment, the feed cuts out.]

[It's astonishing to see Bowtie...as a kitten. Sarah finds it to be extreme cute and a strange sense of protection comes over her, compelling her to record video and walk at the same time. She has a hoodie drawn over her head to hide her cat ears from the view of the camera.]

Hold on, I'm coming. Which flat are you in?

[The video is turned back on a moment later, but all that can be seen... is the kitten's fuzzy chin, from very up-close. After a moment, it's clear he must have turned the phone on with his head. He backs up to look at the camera, though he unconsciously twitches and scratches at one of his ears with a paw.] Actually I'm still in the TARDIS, which I think should still be in my room in my and Arthur's apartment in South 303.

[Sarah is trying her hardest to ignore how cute Bowtie is at the moment. He really is a kitten, even down to the mannerisms. With a sigh she heads over to the apartment.] Alright, be there soon.

[And after picking the lock to enter, she's in the flat and heading over to the TARDIS, hoping the door isn't locked there too.]

[When Sarah reaches the TARDIS, there's almost a hesitation when she tries the door, but then it swings open just fine.

The TARDIS is as improbable as always, except now there are strange dots of light running across the floor. They have no apparent source, but a couple moments later the reason for them is obvious.

A kitten - still in his bowtie, only somehow now he found a tiny fez too - is running madly and pouncing to catch the little dots of light, legs and paws splayed. He's jumping quickly from one to another, chasing it and trying to pin it down, though obviously with little success. Many of his leaps are impressively high, and the whole thing is rather amusing to watch as he scrabbles along the floor.]

Honestly, though, talking cats aren't that usual.

Time traveling alien kitten. News to me. And yeah, dude- talking cats outside of cartoons are pretty darn unusual where I'm from.

Unless you count Cheetah.

I talked to cats all the time, even when I wasn't one myself!

[He noses the video back on, looking at the phone curiously. Somehow, he's now simply wearing a tiny fez. His ears twitch excitedly when he sees her.] I am, the door is really tall.

She should still be in my apartment, South 303, I think.

[She giggles, waving a large fluffy tail.]

Who shares the apartmint with you? Can I come in?

[His own tail is flicking back and forth excitedly.] Just Arthur. Of course you can come in!

[As the doctor-kitty pounces, he might well find himself crashing headlong into a slightly grouchy-looking tan and white Scottish Fold. Said cat backs up in the hurried, almost-clumsy way that only a cat can, and stares at him with wide, vivid green eyes.]

[England can't handle any of this. Being turned into a fairy was nothing on this.]

[He startles back a moment at the larger cat, but quickly recognizes Arthur and gives him something of a grin, which on his kitten physique just manages to look mischievous.] Of course I am! Bowties are cool!

[Don't look at him like that, it just makes him nervous.]

Yes, alright, I'll give you that, but-- [Everything in his mind is performing a massive leap of nope at this.]

[He just gives Arthur a look, showing that he's past this and getting a little exasperated at Arthur's fixation on this point.] Your point? Why is a cat wearing a bowtie weirder than a timelord wearing a bowtie?

Cats can be cool too! [Something you clearly would know nothing about.] Besides, shouldn't we be more worried about getting something to eat? I'm hungry!

[The feed turns back on, and the kitten returns, somehow having acquired tiny fez in the short interim. He doesn't quite manage to stop himself from rolling his eyes at the larger cat.] If you're not at least going to be helpful, Jack...

[He pauses, seemingly almost hesitant, then continues - more quietly this time, almost embarrassed.] It's too heavy.
