On some subjects, like the hemospectrum and quadrants and lusii, it's pretty much in the ballpark if missing nuances. (Pretty much all stuff mentioned here and the next few pages)

On other things, like troll governing bodies and childhood and general social structure, it's pretty hit and miss, with some hilariously wrong speculative guess work tossed in.

More recent papers will be less historical and with a more philosophical focus on the human approach to relationships (including addressing the validity of various extinct cultural taboos) and the troll quadrant system. Entire pages on whether or not humans can even successfully achieve kismesissitude, and whether or not they would want to.
